Welcome to Teasewear. These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through our website www.teasewear.eu , operated from France. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Information
Teasewear is a micro-entrepreneur firm based in France, specializing in premium men’s designer underwear, clothing, and accessories. Our products are carefully curated for quality, comfort, and design innovation. These Terms of Sale apply to all online orders placed by customers residing within the European Union (EU).
2. Product Information
We take every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in color, design, or texture may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Teasewear reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€). As Teasewear operates under a micro-entrepreneur (sole trader) status, VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes (if applicable) are displayed at checkout. Payments can be made securely through credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other trusted payment gateways supported by Shopify. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
4. Order Acceptance
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. A binding sales contract is established once your order is dispatched and a shipping confirmation email is sent. Teasewear reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Teasewear currently offers international shipping exclusively within the European Union via DHL or FedEx. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Additional details are available in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or local charges imposed by their country of residence.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate garments are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once the returned item is inspected. Original shipping fees, customs charges, and return postage costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel your order.
8. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on teasewear.com, including text, logos, graphics, product designs, and photographs, is the intellectual property of Teasewear and protected under French and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Teasewear shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages resulting from events beyond its control, including customs delays, courier disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. Liability is limited to the total value of the purchased product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France and European Union consumer protection regulations. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
