What locations do you ship to?

At teasewear.eu, we offer both domestic and International shipping, with Domestic delivery available across France and International delivery limited to other European countries

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders within France are processed within 4 business days. Once your order has been successfully processed and prepared for dispatch, we will send you a confirmation email along with the tracking information so you can easily follow your package until delivery.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping exclusively within the European Union. All orders are securely shipped through trusted carriers such as DHL and FedEx, ensuring reliable and timely delivery across EU countries. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance processes. Certain countries may impose import taxes, duties, or customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order. Our goal is to ensure that your Teasewear experience is smooth, discreet, and satisfying from checkout to delivery.

Delivery Time 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Our shipping partner will provide tracking information so you can monitor the process of your package.

Order Updates  

You will receive email updates regarding the status of your order

  • First Email - Within 24 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive the first email containing your invoice. This indicates that your order has started processing.

  • Second Email - Once order processing is compoleted, you’ll receive the second email with tracking information. This email will include our delivery partner tracking information slip.

Shipping Delays 

Shipping delays may occur due to various factors beyond our control. These may include customs inspections, festive seasons, public holidays, product customisation, garment production schedules, fabrication processes, production line delays, or unforeseen circumstances such as pandemics or natural calamities. In some cases, deliveries may take up to 10 business days longer than the estimated time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure the highest quality and care in every Teasewear product we ship.

Track My Order 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. You can easily track your package through the official websites of DHL or FedEx, depending on the courier handling your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch. If you experience any issues or your tracking details appear inactive after this period, feel free to contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you in locating your order.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking details. We will work directly with the shipping carrier (DHL or FedEx) to initiate an investigation and locate your package. While Teasewear is not responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. In cases where the carrier confirms that your package is officially lost, we may offer a replacement or store credit after completing the investigation process.
