Refund policy
At Teasewear, we take great pride in the quality, comfort, and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our premium standards. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to request a return or refund. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
10-Day Return Policy
We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel that have been tried on. Exceptions are made only for defective or damaged products.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees for all return packages, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your package, as Teasewear cannot be held liable for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and quality assurance reasons. These include any garments that have been worn, washed, or altered, as well as customized or made-to-order items. Additionally, sale or clearance products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Since we begin processing orders promptly to ensure fast delivery, cancellations requested after this period may not be possible.
